This is not a fast food place. Took 50 minutes to get our order. Only kiosks working. Over 40 people waiting for food. The crew seemed confused. They didn’t even seem to know how to read the screens with the order. Some crew members even walked away from serving knowing there were a lot of people waiting. Never again. Go to the next stop or exit the Florida turnpike before buying at this Wendy’s again.
I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s! Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Rude manager who berated my mother for asking to please hurry, as there were 20 people waiting on food and had been waiting for almost half an hour standing there. This manager just kept telling us to step aside - there were so many people, there was literally nowhere to stand! This man refused to help make food and kept referring to my mom as a “Karen” and berating her with the staff....read full review

Awful experience for being a service plaza restaurant. My order took over 30 minutes to get done and it was wrong. Sent it back and waited another 15 mins for them to get it right. Finally left and contacted AMEX to dispute the charge since I never received my food.
