The atmosphere is really nice. They could put a BBQ in here and would look perfect!The lady that took our order was extremely friendly. It wasn't forced it was just her nature. She needs a raise! And no I don't know her ?The food. Ahhh the food...Full disclosure; my wife lives Zaxby's! I don't care for it but she goes to my places etc...The food tastes like it's been frozen and re-frozen then cooked. I don't get it but that's okay but I have to critique what it is that I like...read full review

I recently experienced exceptional customer service at a fast food establishment. It is refreshing to see companies take pride in their operations, and this particular restaurant exemplified that commitment. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and enjoying the exceptional atmosphere. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service I received.

Food is always delicious so no complaints there but the staff ignores the front sometimes because they act like the front isn't th were job to service. Takes about 15 minutes just to get a drink cup. Food is excellent but the staff ehhh not so much.
