“No line to enter. Waiter was friendly and took our order promptly. Food came in a timely manner. No one checked with us after the food was delivered. No one asked to refill our beverages. We summoned a waitress to bring our bill. This was not our original waiter. Food was good but the service was lacking.“
“The pizza was excellent (5 stars.) I tell about my experiences exactly the way they happen. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1.5 hours to get the first of two pizzas we ordered. We tried to cancel the second pizza, but we were told to call management the next day. Our second pizza showed up at the table 15 minutes after the first pizza. I asked the lady who appeared to be in charge about the status of our pizza order #4 after waiting an hour. She said, "I'll check on it." She walked by me multiple times after I asked her, and she never made eye contact or said a word. The live music was very less than desired. I'd choose radio music over the current music venue. If you made a few adjustments, then the service and atmosphere would be a 5 star.“

“Deliciousness at its best. Love the White sauce Pizza and it’s a go to when we are famished. Both locations in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda are convenient and staff friendly. At times there’s a queue but worth the wait if you have time. Highly recommend.“

“Pizza was amazing. Service was quick and staff was so very friendly and authentic. Pizza ingredients were so fresh and was hot when we came to pick it up. Place is nice inside but small. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly though. My husband and I ate the whole thing by ourselves. We will definitely order again!“
