I'm so frustrated right now. I ordered 3 wings and coleslaw, but instead I have a thigh, drumstick, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I'm not much of a dark meat eater, but I had no choice but to eat this because I live in Gibsonton ? ?
My only real complaint is that I 100% order on the app for pickup. I expect my food to be ready when I get there so I can grab and go. My food is never ready and I'm always waiting 10-15 mins after the time is supposed to be ready. The kitchen is often out of something and seems disorganized. They also don't put the food out, so I have to stand in line to let someone know behind people who haven't ordered. Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????
