This location is consistently good and focused on the customer. The management team is engaged and helpful which I think contributes to smooth running. The atmosphere isn’t anything overly exciting but it is clean and they pay attention to keeping fixtures dust free and clear of debris. Very in my opinion to contribute to overall customer experience.
Me and my girlfriend came from church went to longhorn for lunch. Met a waiter by the name of Carlos which is an awesome guy. First of all I've ever been. I've heard rumors that it's over pricey for their food and bad quality and the service is terrible. I'm gonna have to say that is all a lie. Amazing service home warming. Our meal started with a Texas Tonion that was over fried. We didn't send it back and maybe that was our mistake but it was not very good. The steaks were good as well as the potatoes but presentation was certainly lacking. The steaks on the plates were swimming in butter.
