Never had an issue with my orders. Last time we ordered for delivery they forgot my breadsticks and the delivery guy returned to bring it to us. Totally unexpected of them but we were grateful. The staff has been nice.
Pizza was Great! Hand tossed crust so buttery. Wings not so much. Fried perfectly but not sauced. I paid $18.99 for 12 wings with 2 spoonfuls of sauce at the bottom and $9.99 for 6 wings with 1 spoonful of sauce on the side, to get two different sauces. That's ridiculous. Stick to making pizza

I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut, however called in today to place an order as I was having technical issues with the app. The lady who answer the phone, Crystal, made the experience very pleasant and simple. She was very helpful, patient, and provided excellent customer service. Like I mentioned, typically I place orders through the app, but for some reason there was glitches today. Excellent job, Crystal! Well done!
