“This location is open til 11pm which is nice for us certain customers who get off later even on a Sunday but the poor girl working alone definitely needed atleast one other person ATLEAST! She handled the busyness very well but I felt so bad for her. I came in to pick up an order I had scheduled to be ready when I got off, not ready and had to wait which is okay as I came into her working on a large for here order and two other customers behind them… If you’re going to be the one location in the area open later than others you should have more than one person working, one for store orders and one for pickups. Kudos to the girl working though! I work customer service nearby as well and she handled herself very well. It’s just unfair to do that to your employees when everywhere is desperately hiring.“
“Just went here for some Sunday brunch and it was so delicious! I also loved the vibe and the atmosphere. There was some nice Cuban music playing and several cozy spots to choose from. “We order very frequently from this Jimmy John’s. Food is great, staff is friendly, and it’s always clean. There’s a gentleman who has taken the time to memorize our order and even asks us how our young children are doing when he sees us—nothing invasive, but he pays attention to customers in a way that shows how much he cares about people and their JJ experience. I’m not sure if he’s the franchise owner or the manager, but he’s wonderful. Clearly trickles down to his team as well.“
“We attempted to go through the drive-through, but it wasn’t working. So we went in and were greeted by the friendliest team member who offered us a bunch of ideas for sandwiches. We even spilled a soda and they were quick to pick it up without complaining. The only awful part was the bathrooms are disgusting. They look like they haven’t been cleaned at all. But we did get to walk outside and see a really cute peacock.“
