I gave a second chance to this place, but got disappointed with the service. The food is not bad and the prices are very competitive and reasonable. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the people that work there at the front, the cashier and waitress have no idea what is a good customer service. I felt like I was being paid to eat at this place. Not everyone understands the menu like they do, and she got mad, because of some questions about a specific plate. We thought it was part of a Tacos al Carbon chain that we found in various parts of the city, but it seems they are different. My carnitas burrito ? and my wife's hard yellow corn ? tacos ? were fresh and crunchy. My chicken ? burrito ? with good quantity and good flavor. We also ordered some corn to go and my wife requested a glass, but the waitress did not want to change them because she had already served it in a different container when she was clear and requested the glass....read full review

The only reason I'm giving this place five stars is because Pancho the head chef is by far the best cook in Palm beach county! He usually runs the Taco deli next door. Make sure that he's the one cooking your meal. You won't be disappointed. If he's not there, move on. The food is not the same if he doesn't make it.
