“Ordered 2 pizzas, calzone and cheesy bread sticks. Everything was GREAT and ready in about 15 minutes. Quality food at a good price. Friendly staff. It was raining and the owner threw in a soda for my grandson and i. Will definitely be back.”

The tantalizing aromas tease, and sets your olfactory senses ablaze and when the meals arrive they do not disappoint. I didn't take the time to snap a photo, I just straight up assaulted the enchiladas neatly arranged on the platter. If you want the experience I just described then treat your friends and family to Los Amigos Restaurant.”

“By far the best Mexican food I’ve had in Florida. Highly recommend to anyone passing through. Had the flautas (which isn’t even on the menu) and they were amazing. Great prices too! CASH ONLY, but they do accept Zelle!Wheelchair accessibility: Should be no issue as all seating is outside on same ground level.”

“Great service, very friendly staff who are also informative! Ordered the hog fish sandwich and fish croquettes. The croquettes are these delicious fish cakes deep fried- wow! It was my favorite item that I ordered. Definitely recommend. The hog fish was a yummy sweet fish fried and placed on a sweet hamburger bun with a thin leaf of lettuce. Tartar sauce is a must , otherwise it can be a rather dry sandwich. I’ll be back- certainly a hidden gem.”

“Nice. Just visiting the area. Discovered this place by lucky chance. In business for 57 years, they make one type of sub (toasted Italian) all the way. You can subtract toppings if you want. It was simply great! Order inside a small shop. Two picnic tables to eat on outside, best for quick lunch, eat in car or a call in/pick up. Would absolutely stop here again.”

“Local spot that fills up with locals and snow birds. Karaoke is usually a good time with a mix of stars and those who either think they are or don't care. Big on seafood that people swear ”

“Nice sports bar in Ruskin. Typical type of bar food, burgers, wings, sandwiches, etc. What was different is they have a daily special and bigger entrees. There were a lot of people eating the spaghetti and meatballs and it was a big portion and looked good. They also have baskets that comes with two sides. I chose the fried fish nuggets and I was surprised that there was shrimp in the basket to. For my sides I had the cole slaw, and upgraded to the Gouda Mac and cheese. They do offer grilled or blackened as a choice as well. They have a large selection of appetizers to. Prices are typically as other places $10+. They also have a full bar, plenty of tables for larger parties. Definitely easier to get to from Parrish instead of trying to get to Bradenton. It also seems to be a place that older citizens like to go to, there was a bus load from Sun City having dinner when we arrived but out wait time was minimal. This is a place I would go back to.”

“Waitress: articulate, knowledgeable about the menu, chef/kitchen: went out of their way to make me fresh falafel to make sure it was gluten free. All very kind, smiling. Food: perfect! Falafel tasted great, hot, crunchy outside. Hummus was creamy, tasty plentiful. Stuffed leaves were fresh, tasty. Salad tasted fresh and perfect serving size! Thank you guys!!”

“We found this place as we were traveling, we couldn’t believe how incredible everything was here, even the smell of the food is amazing!We couldn’t stop thinking about this place and had the opportunity to head to Tampa and of course we stopped in to enjoy this place once again.We love everything about Olmeca, the atmosphere is so peaceful, everyone is very friendly, the service is great, bathrooms are clean, and they have a cute little area for our kids to play.We will definitely be back!”

“Finally ran by for lunch today--this has been on my list forever. Arepas Donde Flor is an old-school food truck conveniently located behind Napa Auto Parts off of College Blvd. not much to look at, but I still had hope.I ordered the Capira, an arepa loaded with chicken and cheese. The ten minute wait was a good sign that I'd homemade. The arepa was good, definitely full of chicken and the cheeses were melted into the package. Overall, Arepas Donde Flor is with a stop-good food, good service at a decent price.”

“They have a really good Caldo Gallego soup, their Cuban sandwich is not bad, for my personal preference wish it would be more meaty and bread was more soft inside, but it definitely has the perfect crunchy effect. Great customer service which is a big plus for me.”
