This is a food truck that sells delicious Spanish (Puerto Rican) foods. They have lunch specials available during certain days of the week. The food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait. There is also one bench for about twi people available to sit while you wait.Parking: The food truck is parked in a lot that used to be a gas station. The gas station is no longer operational so there is some parking in that area.
We are new to Ruskin area so I was happy to find some Puerto Rican. They are actual good. The beans may need a little more flavor but overall I am satisfied and recommend if you are in the area. Very nice people too. ??

Easy and convenient, right off the freeway. Came here on my way to Tampa and it was so worth it. Tried the mofongo with bistec encebollado and it was delicious. Also had the empanadas and they were great. Must try if you are in the area
