I have been to this Burger King several times and haven't had any problems. But, my last few visits have left something to be desired. I ordered. through the app and let them know in the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could see that there was someone, on a ladder, cleaning the ledge over the food. There was a new manager Dawn running things she seems very nice. She got things done well and the staff seemed to respond to her instructions with respect without her being over bearing. It was smooth and pleasant.Kid-friendliness: Although there is not a play ground the staff didn’t mind my rambunctious littles being running around. No one in line outside but I had questions and order taker female hung up on me before I was done. Very rude. Food was flavored with too much smoke and too much mustard. Nuggets are tiny and thin.
