Ray was such a great employee he Was quick to make sure I had an order in before they closed ! He was so respectful and went out of his way to providing outstanding service to not only me but other customers that were already there. Definitely had a great first time experience and will be returning soon !

GREAT cheesesteak, GREAT customer service! I was told to try the lemonade (which is a must have btw) however I declined. One of the very friendly staff members then offered me a little taste via a water cup, and I gotta say, that interaction was just so friendly and left a great impression! Absolutely will be coming back!Also, I had the choice between Chick-fil-A and Charley’s, and I was not disappointed!

Like Charley's, but this location is the filthiest I've ever seen. Front counter doesn't look like is been cleaned in a week. The grill. Same. Filthy. The toaster doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months or longer. The napkin holder, I didn't even want to touch. 2pm and 3 people standing around. Should have been cleaned by this time even if there was a lunch rush, which I doubt.No iced tea and no turkey. Would be a 1 star review but the kid at the counter was polite, made...read full review
