“Came in for Lunch, I ordered the Metro Club with Fries. If you are a potato fan these fries are to die for the seasoning they use is awesome ! I didn’t catch our servers name but she was very attentive! We were sat in the back by the restrooms and it didn’t disrupt our dining whatsoever. I will definitely be back!“
“Only place open on a Saturday after the Royal Rumble because everyone that was at the Rumble ended up there ?. The server was by himself and he handled most of the tables. The wait was long but the food was worth it. You can tell they were not prepared for all that traffic, but they managed.“
“Very Good BreakfastTrip’s is a bit of an institution. It’s out of my normal routes, so I hadn’t been in a while. It was busy—which it seems to be most of the time. I was alone, so I grabbed a seat at the counter. I ordered the French Toast Platter. The eggs were good. The ham was nicely seared and tasty. The French Toast was just a big soggy in the middle—better than most. The coffee was good. My only complaint was with the service. It was hard to get a second cup of coffee since I couldn’t get my waiter's attention for long periods of time. In any case, Trip’s is a fine breakfast stop and I hope to return.“
“They seated us happily within an hour of closing! Treated us so kindly and everything was so good. I'm glad we decided to come in- an psychotic woman was screaming for us not to calling the place terrible names- she was absolutely wrong! Will be returning once I come back to Florida.“
“It’s a good galley! Can’t really complain especially since it’s provided by the military. Only thing I would say is more of a clear picture of lines (maybe put dividers like at stores) and remove the food on the TVs of what was offered earlier because it gives false hope of what is being offered. But staff is great, cleanliness is great, food is good.“
“The Burg Diner Ambiance- well maintained casual diner serving breakfast and lunch. It reminds me of my childhood and how the staff was always glad to see you when you walked through the door. Location- Diston Heights on 49tg Food- incredibly tasty breakfast entrees from omelettes, pancakes, bacon, ham, eggs Benedict and sausage gravy biscuits. It was all top quality ingredients. Service- top notch service 5 stars plus. The wait staff is simply incredible. Suggestions- don’t change anything. This is a perfect diner with awesome food and service. Prices- Very inexpensive $ Don’t forget they have the best coffee in St. Pete.“
“I just finished breakfast at Doe Doe's diner and I thought it was excellent. Kind of a throw back country feeling to the place. Nice and clean . My waitress was Leigh and she could not be more friendly or helpful, thank you Leigh .I had the Hungary man breakfast it was very good and very large . In fact I couldn't even finish it in entirety . Cost was $11.99 as of March 7th 2024 more than fair . Coffee was good also . I would recommend.“
