Best gluten free dessert I've ever had! We loved it so much that we asked Emmanuel to make our wedding cake, and we have established a tradition of getting a chocolate anniversary cake from him each year.
This is the best flourless chocolate cake. It is not just gluten-free but organic as well. You will not need a second cake for those that can eat gluten. This is a treat for everyone! I add fresh raspberries with a purée but plain is delicious as well.
This truly is the BEST chocolate you will ever have. I have to eat gluten free and have struggled to find good desserts. Emmanuel's chocolate cake is so good that we had it for our wedding cake! And we've gotten an anniversary cake every year since.
