I am a delivery delivery of food for DoorDash. I was sitting in the park a lot. As I witnessed an employee from Jimmy Jones. Her honher, my name is Jessica. We Placed a nice size order for ten meals, over the phone. Even named the actual sandwiches the Bootlegger sandwich #14 and we were sent a #13 a cubana sandwich. We did not order. I am guessing, We ought to be lucky we weren't shorted a sandwich. But when you name the sandwich and the number how can they still get it wrong. 3/2/24. St Pete.

The last 4 or 5 times that I went to this location were the worst. They never acknowledged you and were slow. However, this time, it was a really pleasant experience. Whomever they have at the front was just plain ol nice and genuine. It was so lovely to have a nice human to human interaction especially when it's the only human interaction some of us get in a day.
