Best fish and subs ever! I always go here and they remember you, which is such an amazing touch. They remember what sauce you want and what your order usually. Super nice people, very clean place. Cash only.
I have lived practically across the street from this place..but hadn't been there til now. Because I very rarely carry cash..and they do not accept credit cards. And I am on a budget..being a Senior on Social Security. But..car in shop..really in mood for fried fish..I entered this little shop. Very clean..take out only. Cute older Asian lady behind the counter. I saw they had flounder..one of the things my Mom used to make when I was growing up..but that you rarely saw in California...read full review

Idk anything about Sanford but my bf introduced me to Park Ave and it's sooooo good! I've only tried the fried rice and the steak sub and they are both delicious! Highly recommend! I'm from Miami so I try and come when I'm in town
