“Been going to the pizza place up the block but heard good things about this place. First attempt failed as their website hours are wrong (and no one responds to email listed there). Tried again. Super nice server small eat in area. Friendly. Pizza was very good as was the Cesar salad. Overall good but we'll do takeout next time. Tiny little table felt way too confining. Good alternative to the other place and an A health department score.“
“I've been to a few of these locations around the state and had to swing by for a lunch prior to the Auto Train in Sanford. The garlic parmesan wings were recommended by the server and she was 100% correct. Crispy ski and a light creamy sauce coating combined perfectly. None of that oily, greasy garlic parm sauce. Really good wings. The pizzas were similarly fantastic - mostly due to the crust of course. They use a particular crust there and cook them perfectly with a little bit of crisp.went with 4 stars on service and atmosphere merely due to the fact that they were not busy at all yet we were seated in the corner of the building and the food delivery was a bit slower than you'd expect for it being not busy on a Saturday. But I guess you could factor in that the food was cooked perfectly so... probably worth the wait.“
“The most quaint and lovely atmosphere. Service was on Point and the food so fresh Ru was our waitress and she was super sweet. Friendly and professional. We will be returning.Parking: Parking is In the back and to one side. We misses it and had to go around the block.“
“Great little casual pizza place downtown. We stumbled on it and so glad we did. We had the meatball, ricotta and onion pizza and I’ll be dreaming about my next one. So yummy! $30 for a 14” specialty shareable pizza and 2 beers. Not bad for a Saturday casual lunch downtown.“
“The pizza here was surprisingly fire. Three of us smashed a whole 16". It was perfectly baked. Golden brown, no black, not too much flour, and not greasy. It was a Goldilocks pizza.Very chill place with great music playing to just eat and vibe.“
“Tried The Floridian today…so yummy! Loved the subtle citrus flavor on top of all the tasty toppings and a super yummy crust. Ate some at Henry’s Depot, took the rest home and ate more for dinner! Can’t wait to try a few more items from their creative menu!“
“The wife and I stopped in for the first time to try it out and this place is great. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are very friendly, to top it off pizza is the best around in my opinion and we will definitely be back with family and friends“
“Zorba's has been one of our favorites for quite some time. The pizza is amazing, the soup is exceptional, the salads are fresh and crisp, everything we gave tried from the appetizers to the pasta has been very good. The servers are all personable and are great at making sure you have a pleasant dining experience.“
“This was a great place to have lunch. The inside if very low-key casual dining, but the food was a step above that. We arrived on a weekday around noon and despite Sanford being unusually busy that afternoon, the restaurant was not really all that crowded, we were seated immediately. While her i ordered a Chicago Beef sandwich and it arrived fairly promptly. Notably, the sandwich was sizable. It was stuffed with chunks of beef and mushrooms topped with a layer of cheese. The sandwich was flavorful when I bit into it. Great tasking sandwich! The dish came with potato chips standard, but I opted to upgrade to Onion rings as a side - which was a great choice! The portion was large and there was no room for dessert - although I will admit that the desserts in the neighboring cold case looked quite appealing. There is both inside and outdoor seating at the restaurant. Sanford is usually fairly easy to find a parking spot if you are willing to walk a block or so from a public lot - which is really worth it because this area of Sanford is really cool to look around. This area also has a lot of street side parking which is usually occupied in my experience,Overall a great experience and I suspect I'll be here again!“
“Enjoyed lunch here on Saturday at around 11:30am. Restaurant was very quiet (only 3 parties in the restaurant including me). I was told to sit wherever I’d like, so I took a comfortable booth. My server was attentive and brought me fresh bread even before getting my drink order. The bread was alright. A bit on the doughy side with no real crust/crunch to it, and the raw garlic was a bit intense. If the bread was crustier and they sauteed the garlic, it would be better. For my entree I decided to try something crazy that I’ve never heard of before, filet mignon parmesan served over mushroom alfredo pasta. While not very traditional, I did enjoy what was a very generous portion of pounded/breaded/fried steak with pomodoro and melted cheese served over a creamy alfredo pasta. I don’t think they make their pasta in-house, and that is something they should consider since so many high end Italian restaurants do now and it definitely makes a difference. Overall I would say my meal was very good, but not quite a 5 star experience. Its definitely great for the area though!“
“Pacino’s Pizza is absolutely amazing! The garlic knots are filled with cheese and probably the best I’ve ever tasted and their calzone is top of the line! If you are in the Sanford area, I recommend coming here! You won’t be disappointed!“
“It was super easy to call in and order a macaroni cheese pizza, and the employees were friendly. The pizza was hot and ready right as I arrived and tasted delicious. It's definitely worth trying out if you haven't. Hungry Howies pizza hasn't let us down.Parking: Parking was good.“
“Very nice place to eat with your family. I love the different types of pizzas they have and desserts as well. ?Games for children to play with to keep them occupied.I give them a 5 star ?Parking: Parking is very good and availableKid-friendliness: Plenty of different kinds of pizzas to choose from for children to eat. Pasta, and soups and games for the children to play“
“I’ve been eating here for years the food is consistently good. I’ve had maybe one or two small instances that were dealt with to my satisfaction with zero issues . I find the quality and the flavor of their pizza to be one of the best in town. I enjoy the wings as well .“
“This place is great. My first date with my wife was at a Salvadoran restaurant for pupusas, but this is our new spot for pupusas. I'm a chef and come from a mixed background of Filipino, American and African-American cultures. So, I love exploring new cuisines and so does my wife. We have had food here numerous times and all of the food we have tried is great.“
