Well it started when we waited several minutes before they took our order. There was one car at the p/u window. When we received our order we were missing items that came as a combo, as well made incorrectly. Not only made incorrectly, there was hardly any fillings in them. Didn't even try to cheat with lettuce and tomatoes, in fact some of the items didn't have them either. So unfortunate, I'm sure the people would not appreciate the service and food that they provided my family....read full review
I don't know what happened to the gentleman that use to work at this location a couple of months ago. I believe that he was a manager. But this place is absolutely horrible now. Wait times are at the half-hour mark.
