Unique steakhouse in Sarasota that offers full butcher’s shop. The service was good at the lunch hour and she was patient with us having never been to the restaurant. The Delmonico steak was cooked to the perfect temperature, but the filet mignon sandwich was over cooked and chewy. The bun for the filet was perfectly toasted with savory sautéed onions on top. I visited for the first time yesterday; got a strip steak and chicken noodle soup to go. Both exceptional. Steak is pricey at $40.00/lb. but that's likely what you need to pay for a Prime cut these days. I'll definitely return for dining in.

Had dinner here on Tuesday evening and can I just say it was the best Filet Mignon I have ever had. The seasoning was light and not overwhelming. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and smooth. Our waitress was fun and attentive. All dinners were cooked to perfection and I cannot wait to go back. If you want the best steak you have ever had, this is the place to go. Thank you for an amazing dinner and a really good time!
