Family owned and run. Food is outstanding. Service is magnificent. Very friendly and welcoming. If you like Italian food D'Corato Ristorant is a must try. Be sure to make a reservation.
My wife and I have enjoyed eating at this very intimate family owned and authentic Italian restaurant for 15 years. never, never disappointed in the food, service or ambience. I've eaten at restaurants in just about every province in Italy, spend a great deal of time in Sicily and being a resident of Chicago (with a condo on LBK) I know authenticity in Italian cooking. Lived here for 12 years and just discovered this place. Definitely the BEST Italian restaurant around. Everything tasted like my mother and noni had prepared it. Caesar salad was the real thing. Gnocchi truly melted in my mouth. Sauce was exceptional.
