Great place to pick up German cooking ingredients. Went there for the smoked turkey breast. I cannot bear the junk sold at groceries. It is turkey parts smashed together with a paste that holds it all together. Here, you see the breast and every slice. REAL turkey breast for sandwiches.
I used them to process my deer meat. I have to say I can’t find anyone better. The butcher is not a butcher. He is a great chef. I eagerly await the store’s reopening. I am so sorry to hear about the fire. Best to all the staff at Geirs.
