We were sooooo glad to see that Chef Wes and the Mo Bay Grill were still alive and doing well after the COVID pandemic! We come to Sebastian from Tampa once or twice a year just to chill out and to Eat at Mo Bay's!!! They offer an excellent menu of an upscale fusion of Caribbean, Jamaican and Cajun dishes, all prepared by an excellent chef. Dinner here was fantastic, got the jerk chicken sizzler and the curry chicken and both plates were really yummy! A sit down dinner but not a fancy place so you don’t need to dress up. Will be back here to try more menu items!

We’ve had dinner at Mo-Bay too many times to count! The atmosphere is relaxed, “islandy” and cozy. The service is always great, the food is fantastic! On our last visit (March 14, 2024) we thoroughly enjoyed blackened mahi-mahi and coconut crusted snapper finished off with a generous and delicious slice of deep-dish key lime pie.
