Third time this place either completely forgets items in the order or completely gets the order wrong. By the time I get home is when I notice, unfortunately that’s the service you get when there are nothing but non glove wearing teenagers working the place. Highly recommend going to new Dunkin in North Sebring near Home Depot. Dont with the south Dunkin’ even if I have to drive a few more miles

Had to wait awhile for breakfast sandwiches, since seems to be popular location. Glazed Donuts were ok but after always having Krispy Kreme’s they seem inferior. Coffee still delicious.

Bad attitudes, coffee can never be done right rushed out and door closed in your face at drive thru, never any time for customers just hurry you off with half fast service and to boot pay em a tip every time and they make a mistake you bring it back for them to fix it and and they refuse and ask for a receipt like your a damn liar never ever again will I let them serve me a salty coffee I dust myself off from this place and I make it known here today.

So friendly and great customer service! The Sourdough breakfast sandwich is the best! Flavorful and never greasy like some other fast food breakfasts elsewhere! Of course, great coffee & doughnuts! Love the sour creme doughnuts!
This location always forgets items and is slow. Hash browns are always undercooked. The employees also seem to have an issue distinguishing between hot and cold coffee.

Don’t waste your money! And by the way if you didn’t know all the DDs in the Sebring and Avon park area are all privately owned by the same owner and you can definitely tell! Dirty establishments, ALWAYS out of product and never the same staff for too long. That should tell you a lot about the place.
