The chicken was fresh and good! My mistake was eating in the restaurant which was grungy and broken down. The guy who took our order was friendly but the rest of the staff were unfriendedly.

We ordered two 3 piece WHITE MEAT meals and clarified our order twice with the staff who took the order. When we got home we had been given all dark meat. It was disgusting and very greasy. We won’t be back.

The cashier was kind but the girls serve the food always look with bad humor...by the way the bathroom need to repair the toilet alway running water more that a month..i goin a lot to Kentucky..

Only person in the store. Waited at counter for over 4 mins before associate came to take my order. She was working drive up window and chatting. She was told three times by kitchen worker that I was out there. She had attitude and gave me some of it. . Bill was 13.63, she told me 18.63. I asked her to repeat. She said again 18.63, I challenged her, she came back and said 13.63 and that i miss heard her. Looks like she was adding $5 to key in tip for herself. Kitchen worker brought me my order, he was efficient and polite. Think she was embarrassed that I called her out on her attemp to over charge me. Shame on management/ Owner for letting things like this happening.

the guy at the drive thru window was extremely rude. chicken sandwich was chewy. strips were old cold and no crisp what so ever. did i mention the rude guy didn’t even ask me what sauce i wanted nor did they give me any in my bag? literally handed me my bag and closed the window. only thing good was the soda.
Did KFC change their recipe because the chicken I had definitely didn't taste like the KFC I love??

I went thru the drive thru so, no idea about atmosphere. The food was good. I had a big order. I even had a little surprise in my bag of some quite yummy nuggets! The first I've had.

For me, the food quantity and quality is not worth what they charge. Biscuits are smaller coleslaw did not taste quite the same as I remember as well as the barbecue sauce. This is my opinion. I've loved KFC since it was still called Kentucky Fried Chicken. Will not go back to Any KFC since it is more than likely chain wide. Maybe I'll try again in 1-2 years.

The last 4 times I've drove through and when I got home I had original chicken. I ordered extra crispy each time and didn't receive the coleslaw and biscuit. So needless to say if i eat there again. I will not drive through.
