We waited 30 minutes for our food. Was told the nuggets were still cooking but when we got them they weren’t even hot. Almost all the employees were either doing nothing or working extremely slow. Should have just got a refund and left. ?

There's no "the good mcdonalds" in Sebring, just a "less bad" one

Bad service, food especially the fries are not fresh the manager does not adequately address customer complaints the worst bigmac I have ever eaten in my life at the McDonald's on 27th in Sebring it seemed more like a hamburger and not a bigmac small, the dry, hard and salty meat and the hard bread, I waited about 15 minutes for them to serve me and by pure chance the manager helped me and when I complained to her she didn't make any excuses she just told me if he was in a hurry he would have ordered on the screen in front how terrible attention they have with clients.

We got there just after breakfast so lunch was being served but we were there for some caffeine. We got a caramel macchiato and a mocha both did the job and tasted great.Parking: Has parking on 3 sides of the building only side that does not have parking is by the highway where the drive thru is. Plenty of spaces to park
I believe McDonald's used to have the fastest drive through. They absolutely suck now! Over 20 minutes for two filet o fish Sent every car to curbside. Wondering if there is only one cook? Crazy! Next time Subway!! PS and then the fries were cold!
