Worst experience at an Outback that I have ever had. Started off with the a staff member pushing a cleaning cart around the dining room that was disgusting. Pushed the cart right beside our table. Not the most appealing to start lunch. Service was super slow....our server only took our order. Other staff members brought everything else, from food to drink refills. Just slowed our service to a crawl. A dog which was definitely not a service dog, was allowed into the dining room and sat at a table. Food was cold coming out except our french fries. Very disappointed with our experience. Will not be returning to this Outback.

We had an amazing experience with the manager Cedrick. We found a hair and he promptly took care of it as well as the garlic bread being burnt to a crisp and him and his staff took care of us to make sure we didn’t experience that again. He was amazing with our party and our server Eric was very patient and amazing with us as well.

I just made a trip to the outback in Sebring buy a$100 gift card. The restaurant was not busy at all but I waited at the hostess stand for several minutes before being acknowledged. I had $100 cash in my hand and the gift card ready for payment. Then couple walked in behind me, and the hostess obviously knew them as she called them by name. She then totally ignored me and seated this couple and began to chat with them. What the heck!?! I was totally dumbfounded! I guess my hundred dollar purchase wasn’t that important, so I just walked out. I guess I’ll buy my gift card at Walgreens.

The food was fairly good, but the wait for everything was so long. From getting our drinks to waiting for the bill! It was deciding factor on whether to go back or not!

Everything was way over salted way over seasoned and tasted like it had been fried in old burnt grease/oil. A lot of the food was overcooked. Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly @ medium rare ? alcoholic drinks were very strong ? which was a good thing because it drowned our taste buds from all the salt.

Food is delicious, hostess is kind as well as waitresses. They are often so busy you may have to wait for service but it's worth it.

Went in for lunch; nearly empty; bar TV broken > 2 months, unviewable (attention to detail & customer experience not there). Place needs a good cleaning - it smells like bad seafood. I did not eat - I walked.Parking: lots of spaces since not many customers.
