I made an order on the app at 8:20 p.m. order number 31 Popeyes location in Sebring Florida. We arrived at Popeyes at approximately 8:35 to pick up the order it was not ready and we were asked to pull forward and told they were frying the nuggets and we did so. We waited for a while and the order was still not coming out so I went inside to ask how much longer it would be for our order that we had been waiting for quite some time, I noticed the young lady that spoke to us in the drive thru conversation with her fellow employee and also that there was a full pan of nuggets behind the register. At this time it was approximately 8:55 p.m. I informed the young man at the counter that I had not received my order and asked how much longer it would be I told him what my order was he then turned around and prepared my order. The young man was awesome and handled my situation very professionally, but the young lady initially handling our order was unprofessional and didn't even offer an apology.

Dirty establishment, chicken was soggy and they stated their chicken was fresh. Soda fountain was filthy and condiment packets were super sticky. Mind you they just opened, so everything should be clean and fresh. I will never walk in this place again. I don’t live in this area, I was passing through and im sure the majority of the customers are passing through as well. Save your time and money and go to another restaurant in another town.

Good was very tasty...but... drive thru was slow...and they did not have fries. Last 3 times they have not had fries. Frustrating.
This store has gotten so much better over the last several months! They have gotten faster and the food has been better! Keep up the good work kids!

I went to the drive thru today to order. A gentleman took my order over the speaker and I noticed how polite and helpful he was as I tried to make my choice. When I got to the window to pay, the same man took my money and gave me my food. I asked if he was the manager, in which he was. I complimented him on his politeness. That goes a long way with me.

First time going to enjoy popeyes and I didn't enjoy it. The chicken was luke warm. I asked for ketchup, and none was placed on the bag.I'm used to having fresh food . I won't visit this located again.

They were delicious. I am not saying they are always delicious, but today they did the job. Except for the biscuit. It was okay, but, they need to step up on the biscuits. Seriously, it looks too stamp and ready for cell block A.Vegetarian options: They have Mac N Cheese
