I love the location of this theater but the seats are in dire need of a change. Also I spent $19 on one drink. That’s a bit much! The latest movie selection is great and I like that they bring you your food and drinks off a full menu. However, I witnessed a careless employee put food down at empty seats in a theater that only had 5 people in it. The elderly couple had moved a few seats over… you’d think he’d ask!? Sometimes the service can be hit or miss. However, Chris was a great service and the supporting staff was also great. When everyone works as a team customers know. They do add 18% gratuity to all checks but I am use to this aboard and believe servers should be paid a living wage. I do tip more 20-25% depending on how quickly they respond to the call button and their customer service skills. This theatre is pretty old, but it's a nice intimate experience. It's convenient to be able to order food at your seat. One downside is that if your movie is super quiet you can hear a movie playing next door through the walls if it's loud. I've been back a couple times though because it does make a nice date night experience.
