I try to always place my orders through the app which is very easy and great for finding out whats new along with all menu options. I only use the drive-thru and never have to wait. The breakfast is outstanding!!!! If only they were open 24/7.
Went the day after the storm. Neon sign in the front window said " drive thru open", went to order and an AI voice said " welcome to taco bell, how can I help you" ? Then nothing, sat there a min and realized they weren't open at all !!! What a stupid trick to pull on people, especially when all the other food places were open!
