The food took long and the line moved slow. Then the food was not good like they made it in advance and it sat under the warmer. The nuggets, McChicken and filet of fish were all hard.
I was waiting at the register to order food for about 20 minutes and nobody asked me and other customers for anything and all the staff were walking around looking at us like we were not even there until the manager told us that lights just went out for a few seconds and they were waiting for the system to turn back on which they could have told us 20 minutes ago, wasted our time! So all the customers including me just left that McDonald's very disappointed and unhappy!
