I got fish and roast beef the fish was hot and very yummy I had to wait a few minutes on it but I rather wait and get hot food then it be sitting there for a while only thing that was wrong was I ask for lettuce and tomatoes on 1 of the beef sandwiches and I did not get that but they were starting to get a crowd in there and I didn't want to go back after I got home but all in all it was good hot food and I appreciate that. ? I highly recommend this Arby's restaurant for the quality of their food and their professional service and atmosphere. However I had to chuckle when I overheard someone that works there saying that he had no manager or assistant manager on duty that afternoon or evening, however I get the entire staff that worked there very high accolades for being very professional and taking care of all of their customers with the best of customer service and professionalism.

Look I love most of the food here but why can’t you guys figure out how to get the sauce on the beef and cheddar? Every time I order one it’s a complete mess. More sauce on the wrapper and more cheese on the outside of the bun than on the beef. This is supposed to be one of your signature dishes. Get it right for Christs sake. I can’t eat this while I’m driving!!
