Restaurant needs serious updating. Not a clean feeling, very sticky floors, probably from cleaning solution, sticky counter, empty napkin holder. More attention to a cleaner restaurant would be great!
Today Monday 4 December 2023 I went Panera and ask for late, she said sorry no late because we don’t have milk. Ok. But I will have 3 bagels toasted with butter. Oh sorry, we don’t have butter. I have yet to get a hot cup of coffee. Too often the urn is empty or sitting with Luke warm Java. I would suggest heated urns or coffee made to order. No restaurant can have a good reputation without serving hot coffee.
