This is our first time at Spring Hill location. We placed an online order a week in advance but we were told by staff that they are out of order at the time of arrival. We did not get any notification only to email to pick up an order at designated time. It would be better for the store to reserve the order for people who have ordered/paid/planned to pick up instead of selling to walk in customers.We were offered the whole turkey to replace our order at no extra charge. It always smells so amazing in there. And the staff is always so friendly. We normally get a ham from here every Christmas, and it's always amazing. Today out of the blue, I just decided to go get a ham for dinner. They showed me the hams and let me pick which one I wanted. Talk about customer service!
