I'm somewhat disappointed at my visit today. I sat there about 5 minutes waiting for an order.Was not greeted, it's very unusual for this chick.Fil a I didn't even get have a blessed day when I left.
I go to this Chick-fil-A once in a while but I usually go to the SR16 location. I ordered in the drive thru this morning and got home to find one item I ordered was missing (4 ct mini). Online it says to call the store for a refund, so I called and asked for a refund for the minis. The manager explained that they can’t issue refunds over the phone and I would have to come back in to get the item or they could give me a card for a free sandwich.
