“We had just got into town for our couples getaway. Hungry and lazy, we looked for something close. Found this litte place beside Publix. Food was good, cheese wontons were excellent and the dumplings were huge and good. Otherwise the general's chicken, egg roll and beef plate was just ok.“
“Like some other reviews, we too are relatively new to the area and we’re looking for some takeout. We were shocked at how clean, efficient, reasonably priced and tasty the experience was. Most of all, the people working were super nice and polite. That stuff goes a long way. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so. Great place,“
“The food is always on point, and they have plenty to please everyone. My daughter does pizza, French fries, and chicken. The wife enjoys sushi and hibachi, and I generally go with a smorgasbord of honey chicken, to die for, green beans and seafood options. This is my favorite buffet by far. They also offer affordable rates for take out orders...“
“Great family owned and run local spot. We’ve been getting food from Green Tea for over 15 years. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They honor my special requests (no bell peppers, extra chili sauce). We order chicken and vegetarian dishes and crab Rangoon.Their bean curd is the best tofu I’ve ever had. Broccoli, snow peas and all other veggies are always cooked perfectly.Only place we’ll go for Chinese in St. Augustine.“
“The sushi is always good here. I think it’s better than a lot of the sushi I’ve tried here in St. Augustine. I’ve been to quite a few. We had the Green River Roll with seaweed wrap instead of the soy wrap, Red Corner Roll, Fire Belle Roll and the Dragon Roll. The Green River was my favorite and very delicious. My kids got avocado and eel rolls and they loved them. They also have the Japanese strawberry soda drinks with the balls you push down, and the kids loved those as well. The server was a gentleman and he was very attentive and nice. The overall atmosphere was nice, but a little loud because a big party was having a birthday. It was a Saturday night, so I recommend going on a weekday or for lunch if you want a quieter experience. I will definitely come back because their food is very fresh and very tasty. It was on the expensive side though. I remember when sushi rolls were in the $10-12 range, now it’s $15 at least a roll. We spent on food and drinks $150 including tip for a family of four.“
“We ordered delivery this past Friday night. The food came in a really cool Yummy Wok red insulated bag...Excellent touch- The food was nothing short of Fantastic!! Yummy Wok is now our go-to for Chinese. Great Job guys! Don't change a thing.“
“Food is hot and fresh, We’ve been eating at this restaurant for about 41/2 years, we reside in Murabella, we eat here about once every 2 or 3 months the food is good, they do give good size portions two lunch specials cost about $18.00 no drinks out side table you would not want to set at they were very dirty and the chairs are ripped up, old and weather beaten, inside table and chairs are not very inviting, we’ve never eaten there we always get our food togo! If the weather is nice we’ll drive over to world golf center and set out side on the park bench and enjoy the sentry! Sorry no pictures of inside or outside“
