Deli Turkey Sandwich & Cream of Chicken Soup ($7.99)Good overall. Tasty sandwich and hot soup. Use the self-serve digital kiosk right inside the main door for ordering. Much more efficient to do it yourself. They were out of Broccoli n Cheese soup in a Bread Bowl which is what I really wanted and a small soda is $3.29 which is crazy.
This is one of the worst Panera restaurants I’ve been to. Hot tea was lukewarm at 10 am. Earl gray tasted like nothing, so obviously was very old. When I went to refill my tea water and see if it would be hotter, I was only able to get half a cup of the same lukewarm water. I tried to speak with the service person but she was deaf and was not able to assist me.My kids were splitting their Mac and cheese so I went to request a second spoon - I was given a plastic spoon. no one was friendly. didn't get one smile. let us order a four cheese egg souffle even though they were out of it. ordered an asiago cheese bagel toasted with butter to go, didn't give it to me in a to go container. there were no plastic utensils out so i had to ask for some. burnt my bagel and there was a hair on it that wasn't mine. definitely not coming back to this panera. i usually love panera.
