I finally had the pleasure of dining here after a few attempts. Busy restaurant and even snagging a walk-in bar spot can be tricky, but it is worth it! Sat at the bar and ordered a mezcal craft cocktail which was outstanding. The bartender was so welcoming and she gave me some recommendations that blew my mind like an amazing short rib grilled cheese with goat cheese, jalapeños and tomato bacon jam! Will return with friends.

This is my husband favorite place to have an upscale burger. He is obsessed with the PK Signature Burger. The burger is a blend of short rib,brisket and sirloin. He says it’s very flavorful. I usually get one of the burger options made with a vegi burger. Their vegi burgers are the best that I have had. The service and atmosphere are top notch. They also have live music in the evenings.Vegetarian options: Vegi mushroom burger is delicious.
