I live pretty near to this location so I normally go to this location but today was the worst service I have ever received. I ordered thru the app & received my order thru the pick up lane. The employee at the window that was handling my order had absolutely NO customer service. The worst I've ever been treated there. She would ask a question about my drink & just walk away without allowing me to even answer. So rude! & when I did get back home, I opened the bag just to realize I was given the wrong order. The app was no help in rectifying the problem. I drove 20 mins back to the location & the girl at the register trying to help me, seemed like she was training, was a better experience. But she went to who I believe would be the manager that was standing right next to her and he didn't even bother to look up or offer eye contact. He asked her a question about the order that the employee wouldn't have known, so I answered & still no acknowledgement. I see that this location definitely has no customer service, including the management team. Please find employees who are competent & know what customer service is. Better yet, someone who actually is content with working for your company because that would be a far fetch for what your current staff representation portrays.

For two occasions Ive come to Chipotle and the rice is raw or extremely salty. This was never like this in the beginning. Today, I asked for white rice without the lemon because the last time I had to throw my bowl out due to the excess lemon and salt. Sadly, the rice is undercooked and also salty. Change the cook to someone who knows how to make the rice please.

I have been to many Chipotle but this one is the slowest. Understaffed with insufficient training, No management to be seen. You can tell the employees hate working here and they will make sure you know that. Help them and go some where

February 20th, 2024 at approximately 5:15,p.m. I enter and ordered 2 bowls Togo. The young gentleman that prepared them was so kind and prepared them just right. His station was clean which made the food appealing. The cashier wore a smile and was very nice. The cooks was on point and loves cooking, I can tell because each bite was delicious . To the manager...this Crew deserve a bonus. Thanks Guys???

If I can give it a 0 I would, dont know who the manager or owner is, but it be nice if you trained your staff some good customer service, legit rushing people to finlize their orders or serving food like it was for pigs. Rather drive 20 minutes to another location.
