This place could be so much better. The good is good and the staff is friendly. However, last time I was here, we didn't have a good experience. We had a party of four and was told we couldn't sit at the bar because of lack of seating (nothing to do with COVID). The waitress was incompetent. The bartender brought us our drinks- more than once- to ensure we didn't have watered down cocktails bassist she knew or drinks would sit there if she didn't. My friend only ordered fries and never received them. I was told they didn't have the walnuts for the strawberry walnut salad, yet it came out with the walnuts (which was fine since I wanted them, I just don't understand why I was told one thing and another happened). Service was slow, probably because it waitress wasn't good. No table had ketchup, even though they keep bottles on the table. Overall, we've had better service here in the past. If you want to go to have a place to hang out, watch a game, and have decent food and drinks with some buddies, then this is the place because you'll be here for a while.

I don't know what's going on here, but the last 2 times there has not been good. The place isn't busy but both times ( guys at the bar is all ) it took forever to get our food. The 1st time the waitress said the cook walked out and this last time I called in an order and they said 10 minutes so 15 minutes after I got there she came out and said they were out of Broccoli. This was like 3PM on a Saturday. So it all together took 50 minutes to get our food, and side note it wasn't good the last time. Smothered chicken had no BBQ sause on it and the chicken was tough and dry. I hope they get things fixed there because when they first opened it was a good place. I'm very concerned now.

Service and Food was fantastic!!!!! Food was cooked to perfection. The bonus of having the classic car show today was enjoyable also.

I always wanted to come to this place until I asked for some orders I was so disenchanted we ordered hamburger with potatoes and wings , We asked for different wings and when we arrived the sauce was next, I thought it was wrong that we had to season the wings ourselves, and the potatoes were uncooked. I had to put it in the oven the wings were not cooked at all, you looked at the red inside, I called to tell you about my order they told me to return but I was already up to Orlando since I bought it was in passing 'for me it was a bad experience

Ordered today the taco lunch special. Excellent. The waitress very cordial and the Chef came to our table to ask how was the food.

I am so shocked that people still go to gators dockside over Dukes. The service at Dukes is 100 percent better then Gators. The food is so much better then Gators and the Temp of the food is better. The management at Dukes is outstanding, actually we have eaten at every tavern/ sports bar in Saint Cloud and there is not one better. Keep up the great work

Went in with my family on mother's day, & figured that this place could use the business as people were going to the more popular restaurants in the area, & we literally stood at the entrance for 5 minutes & nobody came up to us to seat us at a table. So we left, & I will never go there again. They can close it down for all I care.
