Ordered food through grubhub and half of my order came. If I'm spending so much extra on food I expect to have it right. 3 out of 4 of my last orders were incorrect or never came at all.

I was so happy to see that Jersey Mike's offers a gluten-free option for their subs. I had ordered a giant to take traveling with me and found that only half of the order had been fulfilled when I got home. When I called to clarify staff was very helpful and expedient in fulfilling the remainder of the order. They were very apologetic, but truly didn't need to be as I could see how busy they were. This was a wonderful experience at Jersey Mike's

Food: eh.Customer service: always the worst.One dude making sandwiches with the same gloved hands he's working the register with. At least he used his wrist to wipe his nose. One dude had dreads out of a visor loose, untied or netted. Dude working the grill always has looked like he's hated being there. And then there is the "one" guy I'm assuming is the manager because he's been there a while like grill dude, and he is running around doing work while making sure to make no eye contact because he knows I've had to come back before after having messed up online orders on several occasions. Why did i go today? Hope.

I get the Big Kahuna, Giant, on white, no shrooms and meat cooked with red relish in Saint Cloud, Florida. These kids deserve more money for the excellence in sandwiches they make while people stand there and stare at every move, as they try to work. I tip a $5er every time per sub and so should everyone else.Great job guys and girls!!!!

I just want to say I had a great experience Alejandro(AJ) had great customer service and gave a great experience, not to mention the food was an amazing experience as well he did a great job and put everything I asked for just how I wanted. Will be coming back
Say the add on TV about donation day so we tried it . The food was very good . I had a steak sub my wife had an Italian sub , both were very good . Ordered on the app the food was ready when we got there . The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went to my all time fave sub place again today for the 100th time and was not disappointed. Shout out to AJ and Darius for not only making the best darn subs around but doing so with a smile on their faces. Very professional and just beyond sweet young men.Food is great and customer service is on point. Adam went above and beyond to help me out with a question I had in regards to merging accounts.

First time at the Jersey Mike's in St. Cloud. There were only two young men running the busy store but they were handling every customer in a friendly timely manner while also keeping their spaces clean. AJ made me the most beautiful sandwiche I've ever seen! He was very patient & kind. Will be back, my BLT was AMAZING!
