I placed an online order for pick up and as I’m waiting for my food the guy at the register grabs a bag, licks his thumb to open the bag and place the food containers inside. I went up to get the food and told him to not to be doing that when handling the food or containers. He obviously didn’t like me calling him out on it and just turned his head and ignored me. His attitude is as disgusting as he is. If this type of things are happening in front of customers I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. I’m not trying to slander a place of business but maybe if they read this they’ll consider retraining their staff. I won’t be going back to this place.

This place used to be good but recently their food quality has gone down the drain with prices going up! I ordered a 12 pc chicken strips. Cost 27.59 with tax. The food was cold and dry to where we almost choked on it. To be honest this was the worst spent money I’ve ever spent! I will not be coming back. Did I mention having to wait 35 min in the drive thru. Unfortunately St. Cloud doesn’t have many places to eat.

For the life of me why are these people so slow here? It's like they wait for food to run out to put anything else to cook and we have to wait for the next batch to be done. Every. Single. Time. Almost 30 min in line with just 4 cars in front of me. Restaurants take less time than this.

Stopped in today saw drive thru and knew I had 30 mins and could not wait in drive thru. But when I got inside I was greeted by an amazing enthusiastic team that made me feel welcomed. Thanks Doug you really made my day. You ever in town again stop at Compass Self Storage and see me Tiffany. Enjoyed the experience today!

Picked up bucket...worse fried chicken I have every had....it was all skin very little meat...the breasts were ok...the thighs legs and wings uneatable ....disgusting....must have come off baby chicks...over 30 dollars on a bucket that we could only eat 2 pieces..thank goodness for Mac and cheese or we would of had nothing to eatWE WILL NOT BE BACKSHAMEFUL

I'm giving 5 stars because they gave my service dog Enzo 5 star treatment at the drive thru. We have been working all day and built up quite the appetite. Thanks for the doggie treats. ? WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER ? ? ? ? ?

Really disappointed in how downhill this KFC has gone. Half the time my order is wrong in the drive thru, and their whole menu is down so we went inside today. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge the three different customers in line at the register. The napkins were out, 3 different sodas were out, the dining room floor and booths were dirty. And ofcourse the food was cold/sub par. I'm tired of giving this place "another try". A good store manager would have someone clean the place and go grab some napkins from Publix for crying out loud.
Quick, no hassle service even with poor weather happening outside.

I went to KFC on Canoe Creek this evening and got 3 chicken strips and a large coleslaw. When I got home and opened the chicken strips, I was shocked at how small they were and dried out...about 3-4" long and less than an inch in diameter. Extremely disappointing!!! Will definitely not be ordering those again, if I even return which is unlikely.

The manager Philip was extremely helpful when I was making a bit of a complicated order. Jeffrey and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I love to see that customer service is still alive and kicking. 10 out of 10 service and food ?
