I went to eat pizza with my family and they did not had plates and cups available and knowing we were going to eat there, all these grown kids did not let us know, they just putted the pizza on the table and I had to ask and that'swhen they told they dont have plates and cups. I don't know how we were supposed to drink the pepsi we bought. Plus they had music with really bad language and super loud. Not appropriate at all for a "family environment. NOT COMING BACK.

Customer service and pizza quality have gone down the drain. We used to be consistent repeat customers, not anymore! “Cat” (supposedly the general manager) needs training on basic Customer Service and how to properly handle situations when your establishment messes up! When we asked for her upper management’s name she refused to provide the information. Why refuse to give us the information if you haven’t done anything wrong?????

Tried Marco’s for the first time tonight. We’ve tried several Izzy joint in the area and we found one we will stick with. Delicious, plenty of toppings, cheese & sauce! Their bread is great too! I recommend you give Marco’s a try.

I been calling since 9:17 pm it’s 9:45 pm I’ve called 5 times and still no answer. WTH sad thing is I tried calling 3 more times after that and still no answer it’s not the first time this happened to me. I ended up putting in an order from Kissimmee location on Uber eats and by the way answer the phone after 2 rings very nice and polite over there it’s sad that St. Cloud location can’t get it right I hate to do a bad review but had to.
We ordered online for delivery on our way home from work. I was able to order online which made it a lot easier. They had a variety of deals and coupons as well! The pizza arrived right as we got home, truly perfect timing, and a lot quicker than their estimated time frame. The food was overall good. We really enjoyed the cheezybread! The portions are very reasonable, so we had leftovers for a few days. I would definitely recommend coming here!

2nd time having this pizza. So far a great choice. Excellent Supreme pizza. To be honest the Pepperoni Magnifico was a little greasy. Suggest that they place pepperoni on a sheet-pan and bake for 30 seconds at the high temp to render some of the grease then top the pizza. All good over all.

Beautiful restaurant and design.The service was polite and respectful.The food was delicious and hot!Only gripe...The price was extremely high for a med pizza.One Medium "white pizza" not white but their version of it. Very tasty so all good for not being traditional white. ?. With chicken and basilJust under 30$. Why?! ?.Over all it was good but not worth the price.Unfortunately ?. I'd feel comfortable in the 15$ range for a medium pizza with whatever on it.
