Place was kinda gross! No napkins in sight in case you want to clean the already filthy table. One of team members had really bad cuts on his hands and he was closing the lids on the cups, gross! Floor was gross my son's happy meal came with 2 individual French fries. He was upset!

4 cars in left lane got orders taken while right lane was ignored. Customer in front of us honked horn because she didn't get her order taken. We honked horn. Finally left without ordering. Called and the kid who answered was rude and dismissive and sarcastic asked for manager and she said I only have 1 person taking orders. That doesn't excuse not knowing he has two lanes to take orders from. 15 minutes in drive through for nothing. Only time I have ever had great service is the morning shift.

Will not be going back..Will not spend another penny..The fish sandwich was poorly made with just a little half slice of cheese. For over 5 dollars a sandwich, totally unacceptable.

Took 15 minutes for my ice coffee. The manager blamed it on the kiosk machine. Why do they not have anybody at the front counter to make sure everybody is getting their orders? I was the only person in there and then five people came in after me and everybody got their order but nobody bothered to see why I was standing there. Just very poor customer service I did take a picture of my receipt and you’ll notice my order was done at the kiosk machine at 9:01. I got my order at 9:16. All I ordered was a vanilla iced coffee. No wonder you only have a 3.6 star rate

Ordered on the app. Got a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Not the first time and I usually know to order two different items for myself because one will be wrong. Only reason it’s not 1 star is the rest of my familys order was correct. I’ll just start taking everything out of the bag at the drive through since we have to do their jobs as well now
