AWESOME SERVICE… no matter when we go, wait staff is prompt, attentive and friendly. Their margarita (original, over ice) is DELICIOUS. We have never been disappointed in any of the dishes we’ve ordered. They have a very nice little outside seating area…very pleasant on a mild March Florida evening!

I came with my parents to enjoy a nice dinner. The atmosphere and the server were great. The food however was in my personal opinion, mediocre. The pork in salsa verde had absolutely no seasoning or love in it. All I tasted was a bare minimum amount of salt, bay leaf and onion. The salsa verde also only tasted of onion and a pinch of salt. Where's the garlic? The cilantro?? Mexican food is supposed to be robust with flavour and simmered with love. My mother had ordered the chile relleno with a tamale and rice and beans and her chile relleno was literally just the paper thin skin of the pepper wrapped with an excess amount of bland milky cheese (probably mozzarella) and doused in an egg mixture. It tasted of a breakfast quesadilla filling instead of a proper chile relleno. And where was the chile?? A hearty poblano pepper needs to be the base of this dish. Not scraps off the skin and call it a day.The beans and the salsa that was served with the chips were the only two things that had any flavour to them. I know Rancho Chico is settled in the middle of St. cloud where the locals don't know what real Mexican food is like aside from the passive weekend fiasco of "fajitas and margs", but this experience was not worth going back for another try. You're better off driving the extra couple of miles to Kissimmee for better options.I will say however for the price of what you pay, you do get a LOT of food. Maybe a lot of unseasoned food, but a lot to fill you up. If you're looking for something to save on the wallet and get full, then this is your place.Service 10/10Ambiance 9/10Food taste 3/10Cleanliness 8/10Value 9/10Drink selection 9/10

We stopped in to have a late lunch on a cross state trip. The greeter and servers were so hospitable it made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious. We tried Dos Flautas, and some kind of burrito. The chicken in the flautas and the beef in the burrito were perfectly prepared and seasoned. I like nice mild seasoning and really enjoyed my meal. The chips and salsa were also very tasty. We live more than an hour away, but probably will still come back for a meal once in awhile.Parking: Good handicap spots available, nice level transition to walkway and into restaurant.

Seafood chimichanga had 3 shrimp cut in half no crab meat and no scallops full of vegetables. Ordered this for my husband and he was very disappointed. Steak tacos good Fresh guacamole too much lime juice and chicken soup was good.We emptied out the inside of the chimichanga to show our server. There was no meat. She refused to take it off the bill telling me that all the meat was diced up very small. I don’t eat seafood, so I tasted it, and nothing tasted like seafood.
