Absolutely horrible, not only did they take forever to even start taking the order but then rushed me and didn’t even let me finish ordering. I’m telling them I have more to order and they ignore me and keep repeating the total. Never have I had such poor customer service

I was so excited to eat my sweet treat (chocolate brownie blast) and it was completely spoiled. The ice cream tasted so sour and it smelled like rotten milk…I’m very sad, I was really looking forward to eating my yummy desert and I had to throw it in the garbage. Please check your ice cream!

They don’t take Apple Pay. Came over and ordered. Order was brought and handed to me. Provided Apple Pay, was informed they don’t accept it after the fact.Lady asked for me to give her order back. A big franchise like Sonic not taking Apple Pay is very strange. Taking the order back was kind of crass at that point in my opinion. I had already touched it. Hope they didnt give it to someone else.I noticed girl taking orders was also very rude (before Apple Pay fiasco)Is it same girl that took my order? Overall the location needs a remodel cause it’s looking a bit dated. The food isnt the issue and service is what you would expect. Nothing over the top or absolutely terrible. The issue with this location is the drinks. It doesn’t matter if it’s a soda,slushes, lemonade or ice tea they all taste like faucet water. It’s either they aren’t cleaning the machine or they are making the drinks in the sink. If you’re going to buy a drink just stick with the shake or buy it next door at Chick-fil-a .

Spent $30 sat there for a half hour waiting on the food finally get the food had a chili cheese wrapped Junior balled up like a tennis ball pickle fries were cold and crammed in their mushy ball of Greece nothing was hot so why did we have to wait so completely sucked after spending $30

I went to grab a Cherry Limade because I was absolutely craving one. I wanted to order in the app, but for some reason it wasn't working. Because if you order drinks in the app you always get half off. The atmosphere was a little shady, I think there should be more lighting in the parking lot. It was kind of dark. My drink came out super fast and the service was good. The lady who brought out my drink told me next time to let them know that you tried to order in the app and she would have honored my half off drink which is much appreciated. I gave the service four stars because I felt like she was a little rushed and just wanted to get back inside.
