"Gabby makes the sandwiches roughly, the worst service I have ever had in any Subway in my life. Then, when I was going to pay, my bread fell to the floor, and they picked it up and acted as if nothing happened, expecting me to take the order. Zero recommendation, especially with a Publix across the street where they serve you with a better attitude."

Placed mobile order at 6:22pm. Came to store @6:30. Was told there is no order. Was ignored until I pressed the employee to please look at my receipt. The address matches. The employee said I can get a refund online, not from them. I don't want a refund, I wanted my $45 of food, please. No one apologized or offered me anything other than "we didn't get the order, we're not making you free food, you can get a refund." If I need a refund it's not free. The manager Renee wasn't on duty and was not helpful over the phone. No one offered any help whatsoever or to make my food. I've never experienced customer service so terrible. I understand that you didn't get my order, but I'm still hungry, so please help me make it right. They wanted me to leave instead. I won't be back until there's different management. Steer clear.

We placed an online order through the SubWay app and when we got to the restaurant they claimed that they did not have it even though we had confirmation that the order was placed and received. The person working said nothing they could do and we could call corporate to get a refund. This was unacceptable. I was given the number to the manager but it was actually just the store number. Again unacceptable. The employee called the manager Renee who said if they didn't have the order we were out of luck and the bank would refund our money. "Nothing she could do" She said we were "not going to get free food" Never asked for free food, just the food we ordered and paid for. She told me that she "would not pay for it herself" Completely unacceptable. No apologies, no attempt to save a customer, no customer service at all. Just a "go away and stop bothering us" attitude. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS STORE. On the off chance you actually get your food, it's not that great anyway.

i would give this place 0 stars if i could, we had ordered a few subs for pickup and 2 of said subs were awful. sub 1 was a chicken bacon sub with all toppings and not toasted but meat heated. we got the sub and the bread was toasted (which it wasn't supposed to be) but the meat and bacon were ICE COLD and there was no toppings but lettuce. the second sub was a chicken teriyaki sub add bacon and warmed the meats, needless to say the chicken was ice cold and the bacon was too. needless to say we called them and they didnt answer the first 3 times and finally we got someone on the phone and she was unhelpful said call back tomorrow so we did, after 2 days calling these people we finally get ahold of the manager on the phone and she goes "oh i watched them make these subs they were right all i can do is give u one free sub" and were like how is that right it was ice cold everything was wrong bread that wasnt supposed to be toasted was toasted, no toppings correct, everything was ice cold (and not just sitting for a while ice cold i mean straight from the fridge cold). and mind u we werent asking for a refund or anything but just maybe to have the subs remade would've been decent. management and food and service was awful.

If you order online don’t expect to get your order right. And when you show the worker what you ordered and they still won’t fix it , you know it’s time to take your business elsewhere! Last note don’t call the store because they won’t answer.

Lady that was working Sunday night 7/23 is rude and it seems racist I walked in 10 mins before closing and I saw she was helping a white male customer and she immediately stopped me at the door and said she didn’t have enough time to make more sandwiches when she was clearly finishing making a sandwich for the man that was there and it does not take 10 mins to make 1 sandwich and she still refused very rudely cutting me off when I tried to speak.

Everybody is incredibly talented and the food is fresh and delicious! PS: I went by there this evening about 6 PM, (5/16), and there was a hand written note on the inside of the door that said, “ be right back, using the bathroom”. Well, I waited. Three people walked up, read the sign and turned around and walked off, commenting about the whole bathroom scenario. I guess it comes down to a poor choice of words, oops.Parking: Always plenty of parking, easy to get into the parking lot and to exit back out onto the main roads.

You really can tell the employees did not want to be there. The sandwich bread was hard as a rock. They were already tearing the drink machine apart 2 hours before closing. I can't get hold of none of the Subway stores nearby customer service answering phone calls when they got questions I tried to get ahold corporate corporate doesn't do anything unless you go on the website and put a written email and the store employees don't know nothing about rewards and what goes on on the app and also the birthday rewards getting a free sandwich and drink it's pretty sad on my birthday I have to sit here and make phone calls to see if I can contact a different Subway that knows about the birthday sandwich and drink but pretty sad I was in the mood for a Subway I'm not going to buy something that I know could come to me for free many restaurants out here offering free stuff for your birthday but having a Subway sandwich was one of the things I wanted...

How could a franchise owner have one worker run the store on a Sunday after church? All the worker did was make Door Dash orders while 7 families in the store stood there waiting to be helped. Over 30 minutes to even get to the point of making our sandwiches. Di Pasqua franchise group should be ashamed. Avoid at all risk. You will get better service anywhere.

They always have one person working. I don't have the time to wait in line for 30 + minutes. There should be at least two ppl working at all times. It's a joke. I wish the owners of the franchise would come work for a week in their shoes. God awful.
