Usually I don’t give this kind of reviews to F&B beverage businesses but this is one of my worst experience since I work in the restaurant business (40 years). The guy behind the counter almost jumped towards us when me and my friend asked for a crunchy slice of pizza that was different than the one he was serving(less cooked). I used the words “may I” when I asked him and I’ve got some disrespectful answer back. Maybe because my friend is over weight and black? This business should not be allowed to exist if they allow this kind of attitude. By the way, the manager said didn’t did anything to help. Disgusting

Pasta by the pound is so they can overcharge you. The spaghetti was cold, not hot, not warm but cold. The sauce wasn't seasoned correctly and didn't taste that good. The garlic knots were burnt at the bottom. The meatballs were the best part. But I am very disappointed, kinda expected the food to be hot. The girl at the counter did not look like she wanted to be there.

First time eating this pizza and probably the last. There is no flavor and hardly any spices. Also we were told at a few minutes after 6pm that they were closed. I asked if we could just grab a slice of what was left out and they agreed. Then we watched how they continued to serve while we were eating,

Eat at your own risk. Definetly not fresh! I’m surprised I managed to keep the food down but after my plate came up to $20 I couldn’t just throw it away though I wish I did. Luckily it’s hard to mess up salad. If the rest stop is packed and they’re the only line that’s short, it’s a sign to go wait for something else or you’ll end up eating a regretful meal. A gas station sandwich would’ve been more edible and appetizing.

Service at this toll booth plaza is among the worst I have ever encountered. If you are lucky enough to get Benjamin, he will treat every aspect of your transaction like a joke. Unbelievable, truly. These geniuses wanted over $40 for an entire pizza and could not take two slices of pre-made pepperoni pizza...add a few mushrooms.... And create a made to order couple of slices. Seriously?I'll have to check with my manager. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this cesspool at all costs. The employees act like a two star rating is cool and that since travelers are their main business that they can do and/or say whatever they want. Here's your Yelp review Benny. Responsibility to others, your craft and public service are simply NOT in place here. Avoid!!!!!Local by the way, and spreading the word.

Almost 8 bucks for one slice of pizza lol. You read that right, I understand prices are higher at service plazas but wow, really surprised anyone actually pays it.

The guy serving pizza was high and couldn’t function normally! The guy making the pizza was so upset he through pizzas into the oven with so much force they bounced off the back of the oven spilling ingredients all over the oven. Everyone was clueless and apparently high. I asked for cheese pizza and was told I would have to wait 10 min. After waiting for 10 min the guy told me he had no plans to make cheese pizza. He was so high he forgot he told me he was making cheese pizza. He then told me it would be 30 min for the cheese pizza. It was like talking to an eight year old.

For a highway rest area it was good pizza for the price.

Went in to buy two slices of pizza I asked for garlic they tell me they don't have garlic I asked if they have garlic to buy that they use on the garlic knots they tell me no it's an extra topping cannot sell it to you so I asked is this an Italian pizza place how can you not have garlic if three quarters of your recipes require garlic he could not give me an answer so he was a little rude in the service was not that great I would not buy pizza here again

Just left without food, the moment we got in line the man with the curly hair didn’t say hi or greet us he kept cleaning and ignoring us then I asked if they had meatballs he said no, we only have pizza. Then I said okay no problem, can I get one slice of cheese then he said shortly and irritated that if we order cheese it will be 20 minutes, I said okay how about you tell me what pizzas there are available, another guy chimed in with in 5 minutes these 3 pizzas will be ready. So I go okay can we please have one Hawaiian one Meat Lovers, the curly hair guy tells the other dude okay should I ring them up he’s replies sure but tell them it’s going to be a while…. Which I then questioned did you not just say 5 minutes, what’s the purpose of saying that loud enough? They basically wanted off the clock; they gave me attitude and I’m sure they just wanted to go home and not service anyone. Did they know we were starving in line and just been on a road trip just wanting a quick slice! Did they even care? Then just say we’re closed! Don’t make me ask you 80 questions to get a meal. Frustrated and hungry we left upset and explained it was bad service across the board and the guys yelled BYE! That is a horrible representation of your company and I’m sorry they lost Villa as a pizza stop for us and anyone I come across.
