Food was good but the guy taking the order was not friendly at all, I could barely hear him because he mumbled.The English muffin was only toasted on one side. I would never return, I would rather get something else at the plaza. The wedges were great. They looked very under staffed and unorganized.

It was a little hectic, but I did appreciate the drive your team had to come together. I ordered from the kiosk, and I did not receive my cups with my meal. I asked for cup and the cashier was hesitant followed by his manager telling him to only take orders and stop assisting me, so I had to reach over and grab my own cups for my meal, after having received my order and asking for assistance. I returned to my table to find my order was not made as I ordered it, I waited for assistance again and let the manager know, I explained it to him with my order slip for him to see and they went to fix it for me. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a burger pattie added on. I received a double spicy chicken patty. Not what I wanted, but they were at least hot and fresh.

Just disgusting. I am not sure what has happened to Wendy’s but it has gone down hill for sure. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich without bread or mayo and it was like a frozen brick. Tons of breading and very hard.
