I went yesterday march 8, bought some stuff and I didńt have the best experience.The blueberry baglebombs taste weird, like old cream cheese. Also we bought the pre made pancakes and when I open them this morning some of them have mold in them, I tried to like, take a little from the top to see if the where at least edible but I didńt want to risk it.Really sad about the money that I spend and didn’t even enjoy half of what I boughtDietary restrictions: Keto

If you're low-carb, gluten-free, or keto you want to visit this bakery. They make baked goods like many of us want to at home, if we had the time. It's really nice to shop somewhere where you can trust that everything is "safe."They also have speciality drinks and other packaged items - like cookies, crackers, and baking mixes, etc.The staff has always been kind, helpful, and patient.As we travel the country, I always seek out keto and low-carb bakeries and Wholesome is -- hands down -- the best I've found. Anytime we're in Orlando, I make a point to stop by and load up on goodies. In our experience, they freeze very well.Thank you for being the best bakery I've found in years!!

Was craving some donuts and coffee cake…sugar withdrawals can be tough. My fiancé stopped in and picked out a few assortments of donuts and coffee cake cheesecake. Some of the best keto baked items I’ve had homemade or store bought. Texture for donuts were cake consistency. Most times Keto items try to match sugar taste with sugar replacements which just have a weird aftertaste. Definitely worth a try if you are able to stop in.

I ordered again after 2 years, hoping the goodies would be just as good. Unfortunately, the quality of products has gone down. Packaging and sizes of portions have gotten smaller for the same price (or more). For example, the pb tagalong cookies had a dime-size dot of pb under the chocolate. Barely any decent flavor either. From pumpkin roll to bear claw to tagalongs to donuts they all tasted the same--bland and sweetened almond flour with no distinct flavors. I was so excited to only be so disappointed.... Packaging was in poor condition, like previous reviewers mentioned. Mine came the same way....

I am KETO and wanted to try some KETO desserts from Wholesome Keto treats because their food looked tasty. I decided to place an order. I ordered glazed donuts, red velvet donuts, and Boston cream cake slices. My first issue was the processing time of the order which took a couple of days longer than what is specified on their website. I received no notification of the delay. When I courteously reached out WKT my order status showed shipped almost immediately. I did not receive any apology from the business or a courtesy explanation as to why it had been delayed. I didn't make a fuss out of it. And waited for the order.My order arrived a few days later, anticipating a delicious treat my family and I eagerly opened the package only to find a disaster in product display AND taste. The packaging was ruined, the lids of the containers containing the food looked dirty, smashed, and grimy. Could this have been delivery issues? Could this have been retaliation? I'll never know.You may be wondering if it was due to the postal delivery service, it wasn't, the box had NO dents in it.The most important part, the taste of the product. One word HORRIBLE!!!The glazed donuts were wet! Mushy, and gave off a weird odor. I took a chance and pinched off a corner and it fell apart and tasted like a soggy sock. The red velvet donuts didn't fare much better with a old taste, the "icing" on the donuts was hard, the taste again awful. I did not get a picture of these donuts because my kids couldn't wait to throw them in the garbage! Lastly, the Boston cream looked old, and according to my kids tasted like a wet sock with no flavor.When I looked at the return policy it was clear that they weren't going to refund me, or even try and compensate me for the product that I paid quite a bit for. Therefore I did not reach out to them based off of their policies. Why am I leaving a review? I don't know what their product tastes and looks like in person but if you are not in the business area (state) I WOULD NOT PURCHASE online! It is absolutely awful and the experience was just as bad.Google needs to add a response tab to businesses that comment. If your website, which had clear instructions on what was permissible for a refund, had given me an opening I would have contacted you and NOT GIVEN AN HONEST REVIEW about my experience.I do not need a refresher about shipping, I am aware of your policies which is why I CONTACTED you on the first attempt about shipping, it was late, NOT due to shipping delays that is understandable and lastly, I live within your 1-3 day shipping window. No holiday traffic here.I am sorry I didn't like them either but that is a gamble one takes when trying out businesses. I get it. If your policies had been different, I agree I could have enjoyed some southern hospitality and gotten compensated but that's not what your policies state so I lost on this gamble and I gave a review to caution others who may want to try your business. Frankly, as a business owner it doesn't matter how long you've been "around" all it takes is ONE customer who didn't receive professional treatment to sink a business if not handled properly. Your website, your defensive and incorrect explanation made it worse. It seems you don't even know what your policies are and you gave excuses instead of truly trying to get my contact information to make it right.

My wife and I take a trip from Orlando to Saint Cloud every month or two to shop at this store. They have a great variety of KETO specialties. Last visit, we tried a pizza to-go, made with fathead dough, and it was great!
I had some issues with weight and finding a keto food that actually tastes good. Jess and her team of people have made that a possibility for me. The food is wonderful and doesn't taste like the normal keto. So, if you are looking to lose some weight and get in toon with your ketosis get with Jess and her team. I cannot rave enough about them.

Things are poorly shipped and warm from traveling. Packaging was damaged and made product inedible. I reached out 3-4 times for resolution and got no responses. Would not recommend purchasing online orders

Sadly there products taste horrific. I got the doughnuts, peanit butter cheesecake and Boston Cream Pie. They were soggy and flavorless. I tried this company twice. Problems both times. It also took a week to ship out. Just to end up in the trash.
