It has always been a fantastic experience at Urban Stillhouse. The customer service is outstanding starting with the GM Joey who is always greeting the customers and makes you feel at home. Neilson, the bartender is the best there is, an expert at his craft. Beautiful Natalie in the gift shop and hosting always has a smile on her face greeting everyone. This is by far our favorite restaurant in St. Pete.
We enjoy going to Urban StillHouse, but our servers were new and not as attentive as we have experienced in the past. This detracted from our experience. We will return to restaurant again.
